He earned his Master of Surgery (M.S.) in General Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi Missions Medical College, Navi Mumbai (2009), affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
Dr. Mangukiya completed his M.B.B.S. from Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research, Surat (2006), under South Gujarat University, Surat.
